Sara LongAccount Director - San Francisco
Sara brings ten years of experience in B2C and B2B technology PR with a focus on emerging and established companies. Aside from traditional PR and media relations, her specialties include social media influencer relations, messaging and strategic planning from an ROI perspective.
Over the course of her PR career, Sara has helped drive the communications, influencer and social media plans for a wide range of brands across a variety of industry sectors including, automotive, mobile, tourism/travel, small business, financial services, and streaming media with Fortune 500 and challenger brand clients such as: Toyota, CapitalOne, T-Mobile, Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau, Funding Circle and RealNetworks.
Prior to joining Mercury Global Partners, she held roles at SHIFT Communications, MSLGroup and Grayling. She began her career in book publishing, spending ten years working for global publishers like John Wiley & Sons (Wiley) and Arcadia Publishing.
Sara holds B.A degrees in American Studies and French from the University of the South (Sewanee).
In her spare time, she can be found on a spin bike, running after her pre-schooler, plotting her next visit to the beach and hitting those high soprano notes.
